Your adventure begins with a personal pick-up from your hotel, where our expert guide will be ready to lead you on an exploration of Cairo’s most iconic historical sites.

Our first stop is El Moez Street, one of the oldest and most picturesque streets in Cairo, lined with stunning Islamic architecture dating back to the Fatimid, Mamluk, and Ottoman eras. As you walk along this open-air museum, you’ll admire beautifully preserved mosques, madrasas, and old houses that transport you back in time. Among the highlights are the magnificent Sultan Qalawun Complex, Al-Hakim Mosque, and Beit El Seheimy, each reflecting the artistic and architectural brilliance of their time.

Next, we visit Old Cairo, also known as Coptic Cairo, a sacred area that holds great religious significance. This historic district is home to some of Egypt’s most treasured Christian landmarks, including the Hanging Church, one of the oldest churches in Egypt, built over the remains of the Roman fortress of Babylon. You’ll also explore St. Sergius and Bacchus Church, believed to be the site where the Holy Family sought refuge, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue, a historically significant Jewish landmark that dates back over a thousand years.

Lunch Break at a Local Restaurant

Our final stop takes us to the legendary Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s most famous market and a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the city’s bustling culture. Established during the Mamluk era, this vibrant souk is filled with lively stalls selling traditional handicrafts, jewelry, spices, perfumes, and souvenirs. Stroll through its narrow alleyways, soak in the lively atmosphere, and try your hand at bargaining with local vendors for unique treasures to take home.

At the end of this enriching journey, our representative will escort you back to your hotel, leaving you with wonderful memories of Cairo’s historical and cultural wonders.

For an enhanced experience, you may also opt to enjoy a traditional Egyptian tea at a historic café in Khan El Khalili or a leisurely Felucca boat ride on the Nile, available at an additional cost.
